Cancellations & Amendments

Once a booking and sim time slot has been confirmed by 744 Experience Ltd, changes to the date / time can be made up to 7 days before the confirmed booking by emailing us at enquiries@744experience.co.uk

Requested date / time changes to a booking within 2-7 days of the confirmed date will incur a charge to the value of 50% of the cost of the original voucher.

Bookings may not be cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the confirmed flight time. Cancellations within this period, or late/non arrival on the day of your flight will unfortunately incur a ‘no-show’ fee - equivalent to 100% of the cost of the booking (except in cases of force majeure).
